Durham Food pantry collection

Thank you for participating in our Mother Teresa Feast Day Food Drive for the Durham Community Food Pantry. It was a great way to honor our patron saint, Mother Teresa, on her feast day week.

We had a great day collecting food, healthcare products and cash donations that will go a long way to support DCFP's mission to address food insecurity and help the people in our area.

We delivered 1,700 pounds of food and healthcare items and $3,921 to the pantry. The pantry will distribute most of these items as early as this week. We also collected $3,921 in monetary donations to help buy fresh meat and produce, bulk dry goods, and help cover other pantry expenses.
