Father Charles recently reported on two construction projects our Mother Teresa Parish has been supporting.
The Nurse’s House was dedicated on June 25, and they've raised enough money to install floors at all sub parishes and plaster the walls at one.
The Nurse’s House dedication plaque reads: This house is in loving thanksgiving of the services in Kiganda Parish by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (1972-2022). It has been built through the financial contribution of the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael, CA, USA, the parish community of Mother Teresa Catholic Church, NC, USA, and all the religious affiliations of this parish. It has been blessed by Rev. F. Charles K. Lugenda, Parish Priest.
What a blessing this house will be to their community.
Thank you to everyone who supported and helped with both of these projects. What an amazing effort by so many, which produced tremendous results. Thank you for lifting others and giving others a better life.
