Mother Teresa Parish will partner with St. Michael Parish for a Habitat for Humanity home build project for the third consecutive year. As we did last year, we’ll be responsible for two 3-day work weeks (Thursday to Saturday).
This spring’s build will be on Spring Flower’s Place in Knightdale from March 14 to 16 and May 16 to 18. We’ve raised our staffing targets to 20 volunteers on Thursday and Friday and 25 on Saturday.
This partnership allows us to maintain connections between our two churches. It gives volunteers from both churches more flexibility to find a day or multiple days that work for them.

Please use this link if you’re ready to sign up for a particular date. You’ll have to create a Habitat-Wake account if you don't have one. Please specify Mother Teresa for the organization when registering.
If you participated in 2022 or 2023, your previous username and password should still work. If you need more information before committing, help with links, signing up, or anything else, visit us in the narthex after Masses on February 24 and 25.
We’ll also serve lunches for 25 to 30 volunteers daily for our assigned weeks. For those interested in providing lunches for construction volunteers, please use this Signup Genius link for the various build dates.
And, of course, we’ll gratefully accept financial donations towards construction materials and subcontractor costs for our assigned home builds. This is another excellent and essential way to support our parish's commitment to this HFH build project.
You can donate online through the WeShare link. We will also accept cash and check donations on February 24 and 25 at the Habitat information and recruitment table in the narthex.
