Another bountiful food drive

Our sincere gratitude for your support of the Durham Community Food Pantry food drive last Sunday. Mother Teresa parish collected 1,331 pounds of food and supplies and $3,111 at the truck and online through WeShare.

The DCFP staff are extremely happy with the results. Your generous donations will be put to great use in assisting with our local community's food insecurity and shortages. The DCFP has grown to rely heavily on the tremendous and reliable support of the Mother Teresa community as one of its key parish partners.

The spirit of Mother Teresa to help those in need with great love was truly present among us. Our ongoing food drives give us all an opportunity to support a key Catholic Charities location and to Help Drive Out Hunger in our local area. Thanks for all you do.

Our heartfelt thanks to the many volunteers helping to unload cars, sort donations, and load the truck. It was great meeting everyone and working together. And thanks, as always, to Angela and Michelle for their support.
