"Through His Eyes" is a weekly program that uses the stories of the saints, scripture, and engaging service activities to help children and tweens value and love life.
Over the weeks, we will put on God's lens, learning to see ourselves and others through his eyes. After learning that our identity is rooted in our belovedness, we will explore how to live our identity as children of God in a broken world.
Anxiety, depression, and peer pressure are real problems that children face at an alarmingly increasing rate. We were not made to simply survive our earthly existence; we were made to thrive. So, let's spend a few weeks together learning to value and love all life.
Only through service to others can we truly thrive in this life. Our children will participate in service projects that will teach and encourage them as they become active Mother Teresa members. The program will culminate with a very special Saint Gianna Birthday Party.
By seeing the world through his eyes, our children will be better equipped to illuminate the future as missionaries of life.
Through His Eyes is intended for children from first through sixth Grade. Participants will be divided into age-appropriate groups for learning and our service projects.
